Obituary: The Guardian (Charlottetown, PEI), 14 May 1949: The death of Mrs. Joseph Peters of 312 Richmond Street, Charlottetown, occurred Thursday at 4 A.M. May 5 at the Prince Edward Island Hospital. Surviving are Mr. Joseph Peters husband, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Peters, son and daughter-in-law, and grandchild, Lawrence Wayne Peters. Also remaining are Mr. Pius Dorion and Mat Dorion, brothers, and Mrs. Jerry Doucett, sister. Funeral services were conducted from the Cutcliffe Funeral Home, Saturday at 2 p.m. May 7 with Mr. Donald Perley, representative of the Watchtower Society officiating. Interment was made in the Peoples Cemetery.
