Obituaries for the children:
Thomas Earl Pitre: Charlottetown Guardian (PEI), Saturday, 4 May 1940: In Memoriam - Thomas Earle Peters - The community of North Rustico was saddened by the death of Mr. Thomas Earl Peters, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerome L. Peters, which occurred at Charlottetown on March 19th, 1940 at the early age of 28. The remains were forwarded to North Rustico, where Requiem High Mass was celebrated in Stella Maris Church by his pastor, Rev. J. D. McNeill, who also conducted the service at the grave. The pallbearers were: Messrs. Austin Peters, Stephen Peters, Richard Gauthier, Augustin Gallant, Edmond P. Gallant and Alfred Doucette. Besides a sorrowing father and mother he leaves to mourn two sisters, Stella and Ethel and one brother, Claude, all of North Rustico. R.I.P.
